Portugal's postal service has made some changes: 
   SOME FORMAT CHANGES IN AN EXAMPLE ADDRESS:
   Sr. Antonio Costa                  
   Rua do Farol, 2                    remove comma from between street name, house/building number
   AZOIA
   2740-029 COLARES                   postal code now has three added digits for a total of seven
   PORTUGAL
